Requirements

• You have at least 5+ years of Workers’ Compensation experience
• Ability to review data and make actionable recommendations based on the information
• Understanding of Worker’s Compensation guidelines, Medicare coding, and compliance obligations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other database management systems

Responsibilities

• Assisting with new claims from opening until satisfactory completion, evidence, and fact-gathering surrounding claims
• Assuring all claims have a workable plan of action
• Reviewing billing summaries
• Identifying any signs of fraud and making proper referrals for further investigation
• Pursue subrogation when necessary, and offer superior customer service to all parties involved

Benefits

• $35.00 - $53.00/hour depending on experience
• Monday-Friday
