About The Position

Aon is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Advocate. This position involves delivering strategic insights and tactical, client-specific casualty claims services on assigned accounts in support of Aon's core brokerage services. The role requires developing Client Promise Service Plans, recommending strategic analysis of client claims data, managing time for service delivery, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and colleagues. The position is virtual, with occasional travel to the local Philadelphia office.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 to 10 years' experience with Workers' Compensation lost-time and litigated claims.
  • Well-versed in lost-time claims, including high-dollar settlement negotiations and litigation strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead or participate in meetings with clients.
  • Experience as a Claims Account Executive is a plus.
  • Multi Lines Claims experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop appropriate Client Promise Service Plans in conjunction with Account Executive and client input.
  • Recommend strategic analysis of client claims data to reduce total cost of risk.
  • Manage time spent in the delivery of agreed client services to ensure quality and profitability.
  • Meet or exceed assigned billable hours and utilization goals.
  • Communicate and collaborate with manager and Account Executives for new business development.
  • Establish rapport and maintain positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Adhere to established Best Practices and recommend improvements.
  • Provide advocacy on behalf of assigned clients regarding services rendered by carriers and/or TPAs.
  • Participate in claim reviews to achieve file resolution using Aon Analytical tools.
  • Attend and participate in periodic on-site client meetings regarding service delivery.
  • Facilitate client meetings and collaborate with Aon project managers.
  • Develop project plans and collaborate with other casualty consultants.
  • Utilize Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Co-Pilot, etc.) and standard deliverable products.
