We are seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Claim Supervisor to lead a multi‑account team in our Irvine, California office. This is a hybrid position , and an in‑office presence is required to effectively coach, mentor, and support the team. The Supervisor will oversee a typicaly 4–5 Examiners and 1 Assistant, guiding the full investigation, evaluation, and resolution of California Workers’ Compensation claims. This role ensures timely and accurate claim handling, compliance with all CA requirements, and adherence to CCMSI’s Corporate Claim Standards. It also serves as a strong developmental path for advancement into management. A California SIP designation is required.
