Requirements
- Active license to practice law in the State of Virginia
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities
- Evaluate potential workers’ compensation claims and conduct client intake meetings
- Maintain consistent communication with current and prospective clients
- Represent clients effectively before the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission
- Lead and participate in depositions, mediations, settlement discussions, and evidentiary hearings
- Foster strong client relationships and support client satisfaction throughout the process
