About the Role As our Worker in Charge, you'll be trusted to lead the team on shift, push sales targets, and keep the store running smoothly when senior leaders are off the floor.

Requirements

• Have experience leading a shift or supporting a team
• Are results driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Know how to keep energy high and problems low
• Are solid with stock, store standards, and daily ops
• Have great communication and leadership instincts

Responsibilities

• Run the floor and own daily operations during your shifts
• Keep the team focused, productive, and energised
• Support with opening, closing, and key holder responsibilities
• Keep standards sharp and ensure the store stays merchandised and stocked
• Be the go-to for solving issues, guiding the team, and getting results
