About The Position

The Worker I, Production position involves performing a variety of tasks involved in the manufacturing of products. The role requires the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, including packing, general labor, and monitoring for foreign materials. Employees must comply with all GMP policies and procedures, adhere to safety policies, and notify supervisors of any mechanical or material issues. The position requires rotating through various roles as needed and maintaining a safe and clean work area. Workers must be able to tolerate non-temperature-controlled environments with extreme conditions and work in various areas of the production plant as required by production demands.

Requirements

• Punctual and good attendance.
• Good communication, math, reading, and writing skills.
• Able to complete Quality and Safety training.
• Able to work at a fast pace in a repetitive work environment.
• Ability to work in a team environment and with a diverse workforce.
• Must be flexible and able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Quality, safety-minded, reliable, precise, and self-motivated.
• Production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist in identifying foreign materials.
• Notify supervisor/line leader of absences (if applicable).
• Comply with all GMP policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
• Rotate through various positions as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good manufacturing practices.
