About The Position

The Workday and UKG Training and Development Specialist is responsible for creating, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs to ensure effective utilization of Workday and UKG systems across the organization. This role focuses on educating leaders and users on best practices and strategies to maximize system functionality, collaborating with various departments to assess training needs and develop tailored curriculum.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of successful experience in Training and Development.
• Experience with HR/payroll systems and Learning Management Systems.
• Strong instructional design and facilitation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Workday and UKG systems.
• Experience with e-learning design tools such as Articulate.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver effective training programs for Workday and UKG systems.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and design targeted training solutions.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring proficiency with Workday and UKG systems.
• Create and maintain comprehensive training documentation, including user guides and e-learning modules.
• Support change management initiatives related to system upgrades and feature rollouts.
• Partner with external vendors to enhance internal training resources.
