Workday Technology Consultant – The Auto Club Group. Serve as the lead technology expert responsible for Workday system configurations for an assigned COE/module. Support all phases of system functionality to include maintenance, administration, data management, complex reporting, and other operations associated with assigned discipline. Design, build, test, and deploy configuration changes, reports, or dashboards. Develop data integrity protocols and security controls. Monitor performance of the technology and software. Maintain the integrity of the existing structure, security, and data. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues that arise regarding systems and data associated with assigned discipline/module. Use knowledge of processes and interconnectivity with other COE processes to advise and recommend technical solutions. Analyze system configurations and update processes to resolve issues, gain process efficiency and improve data integrity. Lead projects and project teams responsible for reviewing, testing, and implementing upgrades, patches. Provide end user training on system functionality and business processes. Lead vendor relationships and stay informed of industry trends and new technologies. Serve as a point of contact with internal and external stakeholders. Continue to develop advanced knowledge of assigned COE, as well as standard knowledge of other COEs, ACG business strategy and competitive environment. Understand and recommend enhancements to internal department policies and procedures.
