About The Position

The Workday Technology Analyst - Functional Configuration at KBR plays a crucial role in supporting the Global Workday HCM platform. This position involves providing expert support across various functional areas, ensuring data integrity, and configuring business processes to meet organizational needs. The analyst will also be responsible for testing, documentation, and managing timelines to ensure project deliverables are met efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
• 4+ years of work experience in Human Resources, including at least 3 years of configuration experience in a functional role using Workday.
• 3 years of Workday functionality experience supporting HCM, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Talent/Performance, Learning, and/or Payroll.
• Fluency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to foster and maintain strong working relationships with end users, peers, and leaders.
• Ability to prioritize duties and manage multiple projects in an organized manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert level support to all functional areas of the People Team.
• Demonstrate effective utilization of the Workday Audit system to end users, managers, and staff.
• Independently configure and create business processes, condition rules, notifications, alerts, dashboards, reports, and calculated fields.
• Create test scenarios, perform tests, document results, and assist functional teams in testing processes.
• Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Develop teaching documentation in various media forms.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
