  • Be a Techno functional SME with strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Have extensive experience in Workday implementations, including the ability to assess and configure new modules independently.
  • Provide oversight to the vendor implementing Workday, assess their proposals, and offer recommendations or challenges as needed.
  • Focus on understanding business needs, translating them to IT stakeholders, and managing priorities.
  • Act as a liaison / SME for Zayo's IT team and partner closely with the HR function.
  • Capture business requirements, provide regular updates to the business team, and ensure a soft touch with high EQ to manage how the business team receives and handles information.
  • Manage relationships with non-technical stakeholders and rebuild relationships with those who have had negative experiences in the past.
  • Maintain a balance between technical and functional skills, focusing on managing priorities and ensuring effective communication between business and IT stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Extensive experience in Workday implementations.
  • Ability to assess and configure new modules independently.
  • Deep understanding of Workday functionalities and features.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) to manage relationships with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $100,000 to $120,000.
