Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering Workday HCM solutions
• 3+ years of experience implementing the Talent & Performance Management module for Workday HCM
• Actively Workday HCM and Workday Talent & Performance Management Certified
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future
• Bachelor's Degree

• Experience with supporting clients or organizations in the state government, local government, or higher education sectors

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Talent & Performance module
• Demonstrate Workday Talent & Performance software features and capabilities to stakeholders and client teams
• Collaborate with client teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Oversee and support testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during Workday system implementations
• Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and Workday best practices
• Stay current on Workday updates and enhancements as it relates to Talent & Performance Management
• Serve as a primary point of contact for functional area questions and support
