About The Position
WOONGJIN, Inc. is seeking a skilled Consultant to provide expert functional and technical product support for Workday. The Consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, partners, and the internal IT team to understand business requirements and craft solutions utilizing a range of Workday technologies and capabilities. The successful candidate will identify and recommend configuration changes that maintain system integrity and maximize functionality. This role involves leading complex, multidisciplinary projects to meet client needs, planning requirements with clients and support teams, and ushering projects through the entire project lifecycle. Additionally, the role includes providing support and documentation.
