Responsibilities
- Identify business requirements, support or lead requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, defining support procedures and supporting implementations as it relates to Workday Student Financial Aid
- Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of projects
- Appeal to wide audiences through clear and succinct written and verbal communication
- Develop contract deliverables using the following tools: word processing (MS Word), spreadsheet (MS Excel), presentation creation tools (MS PowerPoint), Internet research tools, etc.
Requirements
- 4+ years of consulting or industry experience delivering Workday Student solutions
- Knowledge of student accounts/bursar functions, business processes, reporting and touchpoints with other Student Implementation System (SIS) functional areas including Students Admissions, Student Records, and/or Financial Aid
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Workday Certifications
- Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work that you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Bachelor's degree required
