The Workday Sr. Consultant, Compensation - Advanced Compensation & Benefits enables the HR team and HR business partners to make informed business decisions by providing timely, pertinent HR analytics/reporting and technology solutions supporting areas to include talent acquisition and human capital management. The incumbent provides expert consulting, HR Technology program and policy design, and identification of best practices of the HR Technology function. They proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and engages and consults with functional owners providing detailed system-based options for resolving complex business process issues. We are looking for a Workday Senior Consultant to join our global People & Culture (P&C) Technology team, contributing to the evolution and continuous improvement of our Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Benefits configuration. You will be part of a mature Workday environment where processes are well established, yet there is an active roadmap of enhancement projects that offer meaningful challenges and opportunities to innovate within the platform.
