About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end‑to-end implementation of Services CPQ, including scoping, configuration oversight, cross‑functional coordination, testing readiness, change management, and deployment. In your role as a part-time director, you will play an essential leadership role and offer crucial guidance throughout TNTP’s Workday Services CPQ implementation. In this capacity, you will work closely with the project co-owner, stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the seamless progression of critical tasks, management of project deliverables and maintain operational readiness throughout the project lifecycle. This role ensures the successful delivery of a Services CPQ solution that improves scoping accuracy, standardizes pricing, integrates with downstream systems, and streamlines the overall lead‑to‑delivery lifecycle. The ideal candidate has a strong background in enterprise system implementations, preferably within professional services organizations, and hands‑on experience with CPQ platforms (Salesforce CPQ, Workday Services CPQ, or similar). This is a temporary, part-time role with an expectation of approximately 20 hours a week.

And when challenges pop up, bringing fresh ideas to the table will help you solve complex problems and keep the project on track toward success.
  • Supporting Sustainability. It will be essential to understand and prioritize organizational culture, people, and long-term goals. This involves identifying the needs of the organization and determining effective ways to support the chosen solution, while also taking into consideration the broader context, historical background, and any current events that may impact the organization’s ability to achieve lasting success.
  • Build relationships. You can connect and build relationships with diverse communities.
  • Influence leaders to act. You will frequently collaborate with key decision-makers and project sponsors across internal teams and partner organizations involved in the CPQ implementation. Your role will be to drive alignment, encourage adoption of new processes, and inspire both incremental improvements and significant advancements throughout the project lifecycle.
