Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science and/or equivalent.
  • Business acumen : A strong understanding of HR business processes and how technology can be leveraged to improve them.
  • Communication and collaboration : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels in the company and cross-functional teams
  • Deep Workday expertise : .In-depth knowledge of Workday modules, such as Core HCM, Security, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Payroll.
  • Technical proficiency: Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, including a strong understanding of Workday architecture, system logic and configuration.
  • Problem-solving skills : Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues
  • Minimum 10 years of recent experience working on Workday for a global professional services environment, specifically in support of HR functions.
  • Excel in translation technical solution that is meaningful to HR and leadership.
  • Experience in project delivery framework practices, including agile, iterative and waterfall project delivery methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its subsets will be an added advantage
  • Good exposure of senior stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate with HR business teams and Workday IT experts on system design decisions, user experience, complex issue resolution, and process design.
  • Solution Design: Lead the design and implementation of Workday solutions to meet business needs, acting as a subject matter expert for various Workday modules. Conceptualize designs and end-to-end processes, providing expert guidance on best practices and system optimization.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical leadership, drive Workday process enhancements, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure the architecture addresses all stakeholder concerns and enterprise-wide goals.
  • Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date on Workday releases and trends, identifying opportunities to improve the process of delivering solutions.
