Your Role The Senior Engagement Manager will oversee and take full ownership of overall project deliverables and milestones to ensure the successful deployment of the Workday HCM, Financials, and/or Student product, ensuring projects are deployed on time, within budget, and according to our customers’ high-quality expectations.

Requirements

5-10 years project/engagement management experience with large enterprise (LE) Workday implementations
Solid understanding of the Workday HCM, Financials, and/or Student product suites
Higher Education industry experience
Experience developing and managing project plans
Ownership and management of large budgets ($10M+) with strong project financial acumen
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Demonstrated leadership ability in a team environment and ability to motivate project team members
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations
Bachelor's Degree or commensurate work experience
Ability and willingness to travel 25%+

Responsibilities

Ensure Workday deployments are properly planned, staffed, and delivered successfully
Communicate and work effectively with customer stakeholders/steering committees, customer project managers, and internal teams to ensure a positive, sustainable result
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Identify the risks associated with the project and appropriately escalate project issues to customer team and internal stakeholders
Develop risk mitigation solutions as needed with input from the internal project team and stakeholders
Support the sales cycles by assisting with scoping, project estimation, and Statement of Work (SOW) review
Maintain Workday certifications
