About The Position

We’re seeking a Senior Analyst - Workday Finance to join our growing Workday Financials practice. This role is ideal for a consultant, Workday customer or persons with Higher Education or Government Financials experience who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and is passionate about leveraging Workday to drive better financial outcomes for our clients.

Requirements

• Demonstrated work experience in Finance and/or Accounting, ideally gained as a Workday customer or consultant
• Familiarity with Workday Financials concepts, configuration, and business process frameworks
• Exposure to one or more Financials areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Expenses, Projects, or Grants/Sponsored Projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a client-service mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

Nice To Haves

• Preferred industry experience in Higher Education, Government, or Non-Profit

Responsibilities

• Support full lifecycle Workday Financials implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business needs into practical Workday solutions
• Configure and optimize Workday Financials modules such as Financial Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, Projects, Grants, as well as others
• Support integrations, reporting, and business process design within the Workday ecosystem
• Contribute to client workshops, demonstrations, and knowledge transfer sessions
• Partner with cross-functional Avaap teams (HCM, Integrations, Data & Analytics, OCM) to ensure cohesive and high-quality delivery
