The Sr Advanced Solution Architect Technology role at Light & Wonder (LNW) supports aspects which operate and enhance the Core HCM, Security Administration and Reporting & Dashboards functions of Workday in a global business environment. In addition to specific ERP related activities, the position will manage a team of Workday functional and technical resources, work with business leaders to collaborate and develop tactical and strategic HR operations plans. For day-to-day operations, the position will interact with the internal IT organization and external service providers to pursue multiple concurrent initiatives. The role ensures that developed/modified application components align with the business solution and enterprise architecture and meet solution performance goals. It involves detailed design work, identifying and resolving cross-capability issues, and providing specialist advice to enhance business performance. The position requires collaboration with project managers and developers, contributing to a central knowledge repository, and may involve working on multi-functional business solutions.
