The Workday Reporting Analyst is a key member of the HR Technology (HRT) team at Western Union, responsible for supporting the global organization in all Workday-related modules throughout the employee life cycle. This role involves building and maintaining the Workday reporting infrastructure, as well as creating scalable data models that facilitate insights and informed decision-making. The Analyst will work closely with various HR functions, including Platforms & Infrastructure, Operations, Business Partners, Talent, Compensation, Payroll, and others, to identify and prioritize the design and execution of self-service analytics tools. Success in this role will be achieved through collaboration with a diverse team of HR colleagues, where the Analyst will provide guidance on leveraging data to drive decisions. The Analyst will support the development of data solutions, reports, and dashboards by understanding the multi-functional needs across departments such as Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB). Additionally, the Analyst will partner with HR Leadership to ensure timely access to data and tools that support data-driven decisions. The role requires the Analyst to determine optimal solutions for delivering data in Workday, utilizing tools such as Workday, Prism Analytics, and Adaptive. The Analyst will also be responsible for creating complex custom reports and ensuring that testing and feedback are incorporated into the development lifecycle. Keeping abreast of Workday updates and planning for future changes is essential, as is implementing risk and controls into all solutions while adhering to data privacy and security requirements. The Analyst will manage integrations between Workday, Prism, and external data sources, ensuring a seamless flow of information.
