Moog’s Corporate HR Technology Team is looking for a Workday Recruiting & Talent Analyst to join them! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the employee experience in Workday for the assigned workstream. This role will involve collaborating with Moog HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement system enhancements to ensure efficient and accurate HR operations. The ideal candidate will live in the Buffalo, NY area to work and collaborate with on-site teams, however we may consider remote work for the right candidate.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Configure the Workday module to meet business requirements.
  • Conduct thorough testing of system changes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Evaluate Workday release updates, educating CoEs on enhancements, and bug fixes.
  • Partner with CoE leads to assess suitability and plans for deployment.
  • Provide training and support on Workday system functionality and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Workday Reporting and Analytics resources to build, generate and analyze reports to provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of functional data.
  • Ensure Workday configurations and processes adhere to established Moog audit standards by maintaining accurate documentation, conducting regular compliance reviews, and implementing necessary adjustments to meet regulatory and organizational requirements.
  • Assist in managing the Workday Help queue, ensuring tickets are assigned and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security standards for all HR-related information.
  • Over five (5) years of Workday configuration experience, specifically within Recruiting and Talent.
  • At least two (2) years’ experience in human resources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to various levels across the organization
  • Experience supporting Workday at a global organization
  • Experience creating job aids and participating in change management activities
