About The Position

Responsibilities Essential Functions / Process Responsibilities Dedicated support for testing reporting and integrations within Workday HR Follows Workday Change Control procedure and documentation requirements Supports Workday configuration team with testing and configuration review of any system or data changes Experience testing integrations between Workday and other systems (e.g., Salesforce, Time Tracking) and executing different test phases Supports Workday data audits Documents and follows test scripts Ensures business processes are consistent and efficient across Workday modules Participates in testing and regression testing of bi-annual Workday releases Audits and tracks change impact through the platform and down to payroll and integrations Manages process and data audits as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, a related field, or comparable experience
  • Experience using Workday HCM, including testing or supporting Workday modules such as Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, and Learn.
  • General understanding of Workday Business Processes and security configuration.
  • Prior QA or testing experience preferred
  • Experience with managing system enhancements and change control through systems like ServiceNow and Jira
