Our Workday PSA Expert will lead the design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of the Workday PSA module.
This role will partner closely with Finance, HR, Operations, and Project Management teams to ensure effective project costing, billing, revenue recognition, resource management, and reporting processes within Workday.
The ideal candidate combines strong functional knowledge of project-based organizations with deep Workday configuration expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials.
• Strong expertise in Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA).
• Proven ability to design, configure, and support Workday solutions (not just end-user experience).
• Experience with project-based accounting and revenue recognition.
• Strong reporting experience in Workday.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate business needs into system solutions
• Excellent communication in hybrid context
• Detail-oriented with strong governance mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Workday certification(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for Workday PSA modules (project types, billing rules, revenue recognition, costing, resource management and time tracking).
• Partner with business stakeholders and IS to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements.
• Configure, test, and deploy Workday functionalities, integrations, and reporting solutions.
• Provide technical and functional support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability, especially during month-end close.
• Develop and deliver Workday training and documentation for business users.
• Ensure alignment between PSA, Financial Management, and HCM modules.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within Workday.
