About The Position

The Partner Strategy and Business Development team in the Global Partner Organization leads strategy, planning, and business development for the partner business at Workday. This Director role for the Workday Marketplace is a business architect and leader of the Marketplace program at Workday. This role is responsible for delivering new business capabilities within the Workday Marketplace, and revenue targets shared with the Partner Innovation team. A successful leader in this role will have had experience designing and delivering Marketplace and Partner programs; leading business development and deep experience with Public Cloud or ERP SaaS providers and their marketplaces; leading cross-functional teams; and achieving ambitious revenue targets. They will show demonstrable skills in leading complex corporate programs and business development initiatives. They will have strong executive presence, excellent facilitation skills, and exhibit ownership and accountability.

Requirements

  • 8+ years leading business development or partner program initiatives.
  • 8+ years of experience working for a SaaS or Cloud Service Provider product or sales organization.
  • 2+ years of experience in leading Marketplace programs at SaaS companies or Cloud Service Providers.
