The Workday Business Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the Workday portfolio in alignment with enterprise goals and objectives. This position runs a team that analyzes and documents business needs including project scoping and execution, performs quality assurance testing, and manages releases. To be successful in this role, you will need a combination of strong collaboration skills, functional knowledge of Workday, and experience in business operations. This position supports the MUSC enterprise of Academic Healthcare. Strong customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment are key to success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering Workday projects as well as a commitment to the MUSC Mission. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work independently, lead a team, take initiative, and contribute to a multi-disciplinary team.
