This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Tufts Medicine Learning Management platform, including setting up user accounts, managing course content, monitoring learner progress, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the system aligns with the company's training needs by customizing settings and features to optimize the learning experience for all users.
