About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Workday Integration & Security Consultant in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to be a key technical partner responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced Workday integrations, security configurations, and reporting solutions. You will work closely with HRIS, IT, and functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient Workday operations across the enterprise. The position involves hands-on work with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Prism Analytics, and Web Services while supporting system releases, audits, and testing. This role requires a detail-oriented, highly technical professional capable of providing guidance, resolving escalations, and ensuring compliance and data integrity. You will play a critical role in shaping secure and optimized Workday processes that support organizational growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Workday Integration Certification and/or Workday Security Certification
  • 8–10+ years of hands-on Workday experience with deep expertise in security configuration, Studio, integrations, and reporting
  • Proficiency with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Prism, and Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs)
  • Experience supporting Workday releases, testing, and validation
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
  • Highly collaborative, self-directed, and comfortable in a complex enterprise environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience integrating Workday with ERP platforms such as Oracle EBS is preferred
  • Background in SaaS implementations, enterprise HR technology, and consulting environments is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Prism, and Web Services
  • Lead integration architecture, data mapping, testing, and deployment efforts
  • Design, configure, and maintain Workday security roles, domain policies, and business process frameworks
  • Manage user access, role provisioning, and security changes while ensuring audit readiness
  • Support Workday releases with impact analysis, testing, validation, and post-release support
  • Develop and maintain advanced reporting and analytics solutions to ensure data integrity and consistency
  • Collaborate with HRIS, IT, functional teams, and third-party vendors to implement scalable, compliant Workday solutions
  • Apply project management discipline to initiatives using Agile or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate
