Job Summary:
Responsibilities
We are looking for a talented Workday Integration developer to join the People Technology team involved in managing large -scale company initiative.
The successful candidate will be a focused and flexible individual who can work in a fast -paced environment with multiple deadlines and act as the point of contact for assigned projects and tickets.

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:
Responding to incident and change requests for Workday in a BAU capacity
Provide deep level analysis and consultation for potential system enhancements, new features on Workday Integration system
o Proficient with EIB, Security, Peci, Picof, API, Workday Studio, Reporting
Assigned to change transformation projects providing analysis, consultancy and configuration changes
Support test scripts creation relevant to the change/project
Responsible for the end to end design and implementation of system enhancements
Work closely with HR and other corporate teams to lead & drive end -to -end Workday systems improvement.
Ability to juggle BAU requests along with transformation projects
To be successful in this role you will need:
Workday experience within a Global HR Transformation Programme or HRIS BAU capacity
Experience within a HR Operations/Shared Service environment
Integration configuration skills Proficient with EIB, Security, Peci, Picof, API, Workday Studio, Reporting
Configuration skills within core HCM functionality of Workday Business Process Configuration, Security configuration a bonus
Advanced Reporting Writer skills
Beneficial to have cross module knowledge within other areas of Workday – Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management
Excellent documentation and communication skills and used to working with multiple stakeholders across a complex matrix structure
Strong problem -solving skills to solve any issues within the system

Requirements
