Reporting to the SVP of Business Systems, this is a permanent / direct-hire hybrid role based in St.Louis, MO. You must be in St. Louis or willing to re-locate. We are not considering Corp to Corp or H1B Transfer / Sponsorship. Our client is at the beginning stages of a large-scale Workday Implementation for thousands of end-users that will have a significant, transformative impact on the business moving forward. They are looking for someone who is well versed in everything from requirements gathering to design / deployment and ongoing optimization of Workday. Additionally as this is a long-term project, the team is expected to grow to a team of 3-5 in the next 12 months so we are looking for someone who has both experience as well as interest in building and leading a team.
