About The Position
The Workday Human Resources Functional Lead at Ankura is a pivotal role responsible for the assessment, implementation, and ongoing support of Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) module. This position requires a deep understanding of Ankura's business needs and the ability to recommend best practices for Workday configuration. The lead will oversee architectural decisions, project execution, and provide 24/7 support and triage as necessary. This role is designed to ensure that the Workday system aligns with the operational goals of Ankura, enabling consultants to deliver client engagements effectively while managing costs, risks, and service levels. In this role, the Functional Lead will manage day-to-day system operations, troubleshoot issues, and prioritize resolutions based on severity. They will develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, training stakeholders on user procedures, process maps, and guidelines. The lead will also perform system administration tasks, including business process and tenant configuration, while collaborating with internal HR partners to enhance system functionality. Monitoring and troubleshooting integrations involving HR data will be a critical part of the role. Additionally, the Workday Human Resources Functional Lead will be responsible for creating and maintaining standard and custom reports and dashboards to meet business needs. They will act as a security administrator, managing roles related to security groups across various business functional areas. The lead will partner with the Finance team to manage cost centers and locations, administer reorganizations, and oversee Workday release management to ensure smooth operations during upgrades. The role also includes leading integration and data conversion efforts for acquisitions, customizing Enterprise Interface Builders for the HR team, and performing regular HR data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy standards.
