Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in HRIS administration, preferably with specific experience in Workday.
  • Strong technical proficiency with HRIS software, including system configuration, data management, and report generation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends to support decision-making.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the HRIS, including system configuration, user access management, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits, data cleanup, and system updates.
  • Maintain HR data accuracy and completeness within the HRIS.
  • Generate standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and metrics for HR and management using HRIS tools.
  • Provide technical support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionality, troubleshooting issues, and resolving inquiries.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation to ensure users understand and utilize HRIS features effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and system enhancements.
  • Participate in HRIS-related projects, such as system upgrades, integrations, and new module implementations.
  • Ensure HRIS compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and internal security policies.
  • Implement and maintain security protocols and access controls to protect sensitive HR data.
  • Collaborate with HRIS vendors and service providers to troubleshoot issues, implement updates, and optimize system performance.
  • Assist in evaluating new HRIS products or services and participate in vendor selection processes.
