About The Position

As a Workday HRIS Manager at Guidehouse, you will play a pivotal role in owning and optimizing our Workday HRIS system, with a primary focus on the HR modules including HCM Core, Absence, Talent/Performance, and Journeys. This position requires you to serve as both a functional and technical point of contact, collaborating closely with HR Functional Leads and subject matter experts to consult, design, and implement comprehensive end-to-end solutions that enhance business processes and capabilities. Your insights will be crucial in supporting HR and business strategies, ensuring that the system aligns with the overall business direction. In this hybrid role, you will have the flexibility to work from the office as needed while leading the planning and execution of various projects. This includes gathering business requirements, configuring systems, and optimizing controls and security. You will also be responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders to address HR system needs, leading process improvement initiatives, and recommending innovative solutions that may involve policy changes or significant variations from established practices. Your project management skills will be essential in managing these initiatives effectively. Additionally, you will assist in system maintenance by reviewing, testing, and implementing upgrades or patches, while also documenting processes and results. Your role will involve operational and production support, where you will drive the resolution of complex business technology challenges and maintain foundational data integrity. You will also be tasked with writing and maintaining reports or queries, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting ongoing customer needs through effective reporting tools.
