About The Position

As an HRIS Analyst, you are the first point of contact for our global HR team, providing end-user support for Workday and other HR systems. You are a key member of the HRIS Team, initially focusing on providing Workday support to HR Generalists, Managers, Recruiters, and other HR colleagues. As your system and process knowledge grows, so will your opportunities to engage in system maintenance and configuration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Technology or other related field.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience providing Workday end-user support.
  • Working knowledge of Workday configuration, including business process design and configuration, condition rules, calc. fields, managing organizations, security groups and roles, templates, questionnaires, apps.
  • Familiarity with other HRIS systems, including payroll & ERP platforms. UKG and SAP are preferred.
  • Previous experience creating process documentation, training materials, job aids, etc.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for interactions with vendors and individuals at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Boost user adoption and capability by troubleshooting issues, helping HR representatives navigate the system, providing training, developing reference and training materials, and maintaining just-in-time guidance to end users.
  • Provide day-to-day support to HR end users via our Workday Support channel.
  • Complete system configuration and other system maintenance, such as security groups and organizational structures.
  • Update and manage system documentation and conduct system audits to maintain system integrity.
  • Test new features, improvements and updates.
  • Participate in evaluating & implementing new HR technologies.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports, developing custom reports & supporting data manipulation and analysis.
