About The Position

ONEOK is looking for a Sr. HRIS Analyst to join a high-functioning, collaborative team. We're looking for a team member with direct experience in payroll, compensation and benefits. This position has the opportunity to be remote or hybrid to our Tulsa, OK office. A willingness to travel to our Tulsa, OK is required, but it is limited travel. This position is eligible for remote work in one of the following states: Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming. This position will require some travel for office meetings, as needed, to our corporate office in Tulsa, OK.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or combination of formal education and job-related experience.
  • 5 or more years related work experience supporting a cloud-based HR or HCM system.
  • Experience with Workday HCM preferred.
  • HRIS experience or related HR customer support required.
  • Experience writing reports/analytics required.
  • Ability to manage multiple, high priority tasks and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR)-HRCI preferred.
  • SHRM-CP - Society of Human Resource Management - Certified Professional preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional, configuration and technical support of key HR systems.
  • Collaborate with HR teams, HRIS/IT team, IT, business customers and vendor partners.
  • Respond to identified problems and requests; interpret, analyze, diagnose, resolve and collaborate with necessary resources.
  • Communicate recommended solutions to pertinent stakeholders.
  • Identify trends to determine longer term solutions.
  • Document application functional processes including audit requirements.
  • Provide training and assistance to HRIS team to support cross-training and back-up support.
  • Proactively meet with assigned customers to understand priorities and pain points.
  • Assist assigned customers with continuous improvement suggestions.
  • Help coordinate bi-annual HCM release testing and customer acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with assigned customers to identify and develop key requirements and deliverables.
