About The Position

Littelfuse is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Workday HRIS Analyst to join our global Human Resources team. In this hybrid role, you will serve as a key technical point of contact for Workday, with a primary focus on Benefits and Payroll. You'll partner closely with HR stakeholders to optimize system configurations, enhance business processes, and ensure data integrity and compliance. While Benefits and Payroll will be the primary areas of focus, support will also be required in other Workday functions based on organizational needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Two to five years of relevant professional experience.
  • 1+ years of Workday configuration experience including confidence in Workday Calculated Fields and Condition Rules.
  • Knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Reporting, Business Processes, Security, and EIBs.
  • Experience with Workday Benefits and Payroll strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with HR stakeholders, COEs, and IT teams.
  • Strong customer orientation and sense of urgency in accomplishing time-sensitive tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment and handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the HRIS partner, providing support and consultation in designated HCM areas within Workday, including Benefits and Payroll.
  • Work closely with HR to develop domain expertise, gather requirements, design solutions, oversee testing, and facilitate change management.
  • Evaluate Workday releases and new features to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
  • Configure, test, validate and implement Business Process changes in Workday.
  • Perform moderately complex system configuration including calculated fields and condition rules.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold data security standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service when resolving stakeholder requests and concerns from user inquiries to escalated technical issues.
