About The Position
Littelfuse is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Workday HRIS Analyst to join our global Human Resources team. In this hybrid role, you will serve as a key technical point of contact for Workday, with a primary focus on Benefits and Payroll. You’ll partner closely with HR stakeholders to optimize system configurations, enhance business processes, and ensure data integrity and compliance. While Benefits and Payroll will be the primary areas of focus, support will also be required in other Workday functions based on organizational needs.
