About The Position
GEICO is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to join our People Technology organization supporting Workday. In this role, you will help build high performing, low maintenance, zero-downtime platforms and applications used by our People Team and associates' company wide. You will help drive our transformation as we transition from a traditional IT model to a tech organization with engineering excellence as its mission. The ideal candidate brings a great foundation in Workday modules encompassing Recruiting, Compensation, BP workflows and functional Reporting in those areas.
