About The Position

We are seeking a Workday Partner Certified HCM Lead with active HCM Core and Data Loading certifications to support a Phase 1 Workday implementation project. The consultant will play a key role in leading configuration, data migration, and deployment activities, ensuring successful delivery in collaboration with the client and project team.

Requirements

• Workday Partner Certified in HCM Core and Data Loading (EIB, Workday Studio preferred) — certifications must be active and transferable.
• Minimum of 2+ full-cycle (E2E) Workday HCM implementations as a Lead or Senior Consultant.
• Strong understanding of HCM business processes, data management, and integrations.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support Workday HCM Phase 1 implementation activities.
• Oversee configuration, testing, and data loading processes.
• Collaborate with client teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Guide junior consultants and ensure deliverables align with project milestones.
• Participate in project status meetings and provide regular updates on progress and risks.
• Transfer active Workday certifications to the partner for project duration.
