About The Position

Are you interested in joining a first-of-its-kind Workday partner exclusively focused on the Workday Talent Lifecycle? Do you enjoy building and deploying new functionality that enhances how organizations use Workday? Are you excited to grow your skills across Recruiting, Talent, or Learning? If so, come join the Skills Squad! As a Workday HCM Implementation Consultant, you will support Phase X deployments for clients already live on Workday. You will work with project teams to assist with requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment activities across the Talent lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of Workday HCM experience, including implementation or Phase X support
  • Familiarity with Workday configuration and implementation concepts
  • Interest in Talent, Recruiting, or Learning processes
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Applicants for employment must reside in the United States and must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Active or in-progress Workday certification(s) in Recruiting, Talent, and/or Learning preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support client workshops to gather and document business requirements for Phase X deployments
  • Assist with configuring Workday functionality under the guidance of senior consultants
  • Support testing, validation, and deployment activities
  • Learn and apply Workday leading practices across Recruiting, Talent, and/or Learning
  • Help document solutions, configurations, and client deliverables
  • Collaborate with project team members to ensure successful delivery
  • Participate in training and internal initiatives to build Workday and consulting skills
