As the HRIS partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting designated Human Capital Management (HCM) areas within Workday, including Core HR, Benefits, Talent, and Advanced Compensation. Your primary responsibility will be to provide consultation to HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), building domain knowledge and gathering requirements to deliver effective solutions and impact analysis. You will serve as a subject matter expert on current and upcoming Workday capabilities, ensuring that the organization is leveraging the system to its fullest potential. In this role, you will evaluate new releases and functionalities within Workday to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. You will be responsible for configuring, testing, validating, and implementing Business Process changes in Workday, ensuring that all modifications align with organizational needs. Additionally, you will assist in testing integrations and security measures, as well as managing annual events related to HR processes. Maintaining master data values in Workday, such as Job Profiles, Job Families, Job Groups, Roles, Custom Organization Types, Positions, and Locations, will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will also serve as an escalation resource for Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues, providing input and knowledge sharing with the Workday Team Lead, Workday Team Members, and clients as appropriate. Participation in scheduled and ad hoc training sessions will be essential to enhance your policy and process acumen, ensuring that you remain informed about best practices and system updates.
