As a Workday HCM Functional Analyst at Saint Luke's Health System, you will serve as the HRIS partner supporting designated Human Capital Management (HCM) areas within Workday, including Core HR, Benefits, Talent, and Advanced Compensation. Your role will involve providing consultation to HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), building domain knowledge, gathering requirements, and delivering solutions along with impact analysis. You will act as a subject matter expert on current and upcoming Workday capabilities, evaluating releases and functionality to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of Workday usage. In this position, you will be responsible for configuring, testing, validating, and implementing Business Process changes in Workday. You will assist in the testing of integrations and security measures, as well as manage annual events. Maintaining master data values in Workday, such as Job Profile, Job Family, Job Group, Roles, Custom Organization Types, Positions, and Locations, will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will serve as an escalation resource for Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues, providing input and knowledge sharing with the Workday Team Lead, Workday Team Members, and clients as appropriate. Participation in scheduled and ad hoc training will be necessary to enhance your policy and process acumen.
