About The Position

As part of our Workday Practice, you’ll be part of an energized team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology From initial assessments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver Workday HCM solutions equipping organizations with the information they need to make better business decisions. As a Workday Delivery Director, you will: Lead Workday deployments as the Delivery Director overseeing all delivery efforts and activities. Be responsible for advising clients on cloud computing systems and other available service-based technologies. Review, plan, and provide assistance to clients in end-to-end customer relationship management and human capital system implementation activities. Create, review, and advise on digital roadmaps from conception to post-implementation assessment. Plan, develop, and implement work processes and methodologies to support deployment. Have expert level knowledge and skills within a specific job area and robust understanding of the impact of work on other practices across the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree OR a MINIMUM of TWELVE (12) years delivering Workday projects
  • Expertise in theories, concepts, and principles to drive results for the consulting practice
  • Exhibits robust knowledge of project management
  • Up to 25% travel with a focus on work from home and/or Guidehouse office, consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as needed.
