Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Workday Financials, with a focus on grants management.
• 5+ years implementing and supporting the Workday Finance Grants Management module.
• Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on work requirements and client industries/sectors served.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

• Advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience with other financial management systems.
• Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure the Workday Finance Grants Management module to meet organizational needs.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Workday Finance Grants Management module.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to grants management within Workday.
• Perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on the Workday Finance Grants Management module.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and process manuals.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize grants management processes within Workday.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices and improve efficiency.
• Generate and analyze reports related to grants management.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
• Support internal and external audits related to grants management.
