Overview We have an urgent opportunity for an experienced Workday Financials Senior Consultant to support a west-coast-based non-profit organization on a short-term, high-impact assessment engagement. This role is ideal for a senior-level consultant who brings strong point of view, deep Workday Financials expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into practical system recommendations. Project Context The organization implemented Workday approximately 18 months ago and operates with a large, complex budget and significant grants funding. While mission-driven, the organization functions much like a commercial enterprise. Leadership recognizes that Workday is not being fully leveraged and is highly motivated to improve system utilization and effectiveness. Role Overview The consultant will partner closely with senior leadership and a small project team to evaluate the organization's current Workday Financials implementation against leading practices and business-specific requirements. This engagement will play a critical role in determining whether the organization can remediate its current system efficiently or should pursue a broader re-implementation strategy.
