This role provides advanced functional leadership across Workday Financials, Workiva, and other financial systems, with a focus on streamlining workflows, increasing automation, strengthening controls, and improving the efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial close and reporting processes. The role serves as a key post-production lead within Finance Administration, partnering closely with Accounting, Financial Reporting, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure scalable, well-governed financial systems and reporting solutions. SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY: This position does not have supervisory authority. NATURE AND SCOPE: This role serves as the functional lead for Record-to-Report within Workday Financials, with responsibility for post-production support, optimization, and continuous improvement across the financial close, accounting, and reporting lifecycle. The Senior Analyst – R2R Lead owns the configurations, governance, and optimization of Record-to-Report related Workday Financials processes, including accounting posting rules, journal processing, reconciliations, validations, and reporting. The role also oversees the Workiva platform, ensuring effective integration with Workday Financials and alignment with financial reporting, close, and control requirements.
