Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, overseeing supplier enablement, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of consulting, finance, or ERP implementation experience.
  • Certification in Workday Financials area(s) required.
  • Prior Workday Financials implementation experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of FDM, Financial Accounting, Budgets, Financial Reporting, and Accounting Center.
  • Strong understanding of finance operations including GL, budgeting, procure-to-pay, and fixed assets.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with business processes including; general ledger, budgeting, data transformation, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a 'big picture' perspective.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in full lifecycle and Phase X implementations of Workday Financials, with a focus on core financial accounting processes.
  • Support a wide range of implementation activities including requirements gathering, business process mapping, system configuration, testing, data conversion, and end-user training.
  • Collaborate with clients to analyze and translate business needs into scalable and effective Workday solutions.
  • Scope, manage, and execute data transformation and migration efforts from legacy ERP systems into Workday.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements, operational efficiencies, and cost-saving strategies within client financial operations.
  • Provide strategic advisory support, ensuring alignment between system design and broader business objectives.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and insights clearly and professionally to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to internal practice development by sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and supporting capability growth across the Workday practice.
