Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, overseeing supplier enablement, and best practices Contributing beyond client delivery, including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement, and beyond Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives Job Description At CrossVue, we're looking to connect with people who bring deep federal experience and a passion for driving change through modern HR technology like Workday. Public Trust clearance eligibility or clearance experience is required for this opportunity. Workday experience and implementer certifications are required. What matters most is your understanding of federal environments, change management, and delivering results at scale. We're especially interested in professionals with experience in one or more of the following areas: As a Federal HCM Implementation Architect, you'll have the opportunity to: Craft and architect comprehensive Workday HCM solutions in the federal space that align with business objectives, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and optimal user experience Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyze complex requirements, translating them into robust technical specifications and innovative design documents Spearhead configuration efforts across Workday HCM modules Orchestrate the seamless integration of Workday HCM with diverse systems and applications, leveraging Workday Studio, EIBs, and APIs to optimize data flow and process automation Design and execute comprehensive test plans to validate functionality, performance, and security of Workday HCM solutions, leading troubleshooting efforts and driving swift resolution Cultivate expertise within client organizations by providing insightful training and support on Workday HCM functionality, best practices, and advanced troubleshooting techniques Stay at the forefront of Workday innovations, evaluating new features and functionalities to continuously enhance and optimize existing client solutions Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the team, mentoring junior consultants and contributing to the growth of our practice We're looking for someone with: 5+ years of deep expertise in multiple Workday HCM modules implementation and architecture, with a proven track record of successful large-scale projects Demonstrated mastery of HR configuration and business processes across various Workday HCM modules Extensive experience as a lead consultant on complex HR Technology Projects, showcasing the ability to navigate intricate client environments Current Workday HCM implementer certifications (Pro Services) in at least 3 HCM modules Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes HR projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and delivering exceptional results A talent for building and nurturing strong client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in the Workday ecosystem Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and foster an environment of collaboration, innovation, and excellence Exceptional communication skills, adept at articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences with clarity and impact Strategic thinking balanced with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring both big-picture alignment and flawless execution A blend of creativity, confidence, flexibility, and a great sense of humor to thrive in our dynamic, client-focused environment Please Note: We believe in finding the right fit for both the consultant and our team. A Note on Travel: Our approach is different in that we are purposeful in scheduling on-site visits with clients around their unique needs rather than the standard Monday-Thursday travel schedule that you'll find at other large firms. Requirements
