We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Workday Extend Developer to join our dynamic HR team. This role will focus on developing customized applications using the Workday Extend platform, helping to extend the native capabilities of Workday to meet unique organizational needs. This role is located in Atlanta and Houston only. We are on-site in the office four days per week. As a Workday Extend Developer, you will play a key role in shaping business-critical applications by leveraging Workday's developer tools and frameworks. You will work closely with HR, Finance, IT, and other cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions within the Workday ecosystem. This position requires strong knowledge of core design principles, common data modeling and patterns, project implementation methodology and a successful record of delivering high-quality Workday solutions. The Workday Extend Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining solutions deployed within Workday. It also requires expertise in troubleshooting complex issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring data security and compliance. Additionally, the developer will proactively identify opportunities for process automation, system enhancements, and integration efficiencies to support the evolving needs of the business.
