About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Workday Extend Developer to join our team and support ongoing Workday development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in building, testing, and deploying custom applications using Workday Extend, along with strong integration and reporting skills.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Workday Extend is mandatory
• 3+ years of Workday development experience, including 1+ year in Workday Extend
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Report Writer, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP)
• Solid understanding of Workday HCM modules and integration frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Workday Extend Certification – a plus (not mandatory)

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop custom applications within the Workday Extend platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Build, test, and deploy Workday Extend applications following best practices.
• Integrate Workday Extend apps with core Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.).
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Workday Extend solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer when required.
