  • Understand Workday HCM, Recruiting and Staffing business processes.
  • Knowledgeable of Workday functional configuration for business processes.
  • Develop Workday Docs, Offer Letters and Employment Agreement letter attachments in Workday.
  • Manage Candidate processes, Job Posting and recruiting and ready for hire business process resolution.
  • Perform system administration functions including table configuration, EIB data loads, system maintenance and data integrity.
  • Provide end-user support; troubleshoot bugs and issues via research, testing, scenario re-creation and document findings.
  • Maintain documentation of system configuration and business processes.
  • Recommend, implement, and document internal processes and audit procedures to ensure data integrity of Workday HR and Recruiting Projects.
  • Participate in HR technology initiatives by assisting with business requirement gathering, business process review, project management, testing, training, documentation development, communication, and business configuration.
  • Assist with review and implementation of new and changed system functionality to support business processes and requirements.
  • Assist in the development of change management, communication, and training plans.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related area.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting Workday applications.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects which impacted multiple systems, processes and/or third-party administrators.
  • Knowledge of Workday HCM, Recruiting and Staffing functionality and data.
  • Understanding of inbound EIB preparation and loading into Workday.
  • Detail oriented with high degree of accuracy and can thrive in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing is necessary.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraints.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently with a proactive working style.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage change effectively always mindful of technology, business processes, and systems implications.
